“My onboarding experience at Aerison set me up for success. After just two weeks, it felt like I’d been with the company all along.”

When I joined Aerison, the onboarding process was very smooth and informative. It filled me with confidence and helped me feel part of the team right away. Along with this, my team leader provided me with excellent training, which allowed me to get up to speed quickly without feeling overwhelmed in a new role.

Mobilising high volumes of people to regional and remote work locations involves significant coordination and organising of logistics. Part of my job is to ensure that our employees have everything needed to rapidly mobilise to our project sites, such as having the appropriate training, medicals and travel arrangements in place.

I love working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where I’m encouraged to explore and test innovative approaches to challenges. It’s rewarding to know that I’m helping our people, and our clients, have a positive experience with this process.
