What we do

In conjunction with and using technology from our US-based partner, Clean Water Technology (CWT), Aerison provides the full range of primary, secondary and tertiary water and waste water treatment systems.

Primary treatment

The Gas Energy Mixing (GEM) System is an innovative flocculation and floatation unit that is a replacement for traditional Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) treatment.

The GEM System can generate better results, handle a much greater contaminant loading, adapt to flow changes and produce much drier solids with a much smaller footprint, and uses less chemicals than typical DAF systems.

Secondary treatment

For removal of high amounts of dissolved Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), CWT can implement a wide array of biological treatment processes which include Membrane Bioreactors and Moving Bed Bioreactors as well as various anaerobic treatment processes.

Tertiary treatment

For water recycling projects, drinking water or industrial wastewater treatment projects which require a fine degree of filtration, CWT provides membrane systems for a wide range of applications. The filtration levels include micro-filtration, nano-filtration and reverse osmosis.

Most of the systems and units provided are modularised or containerised making it easier to deliver them to any site.
